With this being my first time renting a Tesla, Tiffany took the time to show me all the features this Amazing car has to offer. She showed me how easy it was to locate a Supercharger station on the map, how to see how much battery life you will have after a trip, and even how to play games on the screen! The ride was smooth which went well with the sound system. The supercharger station charges the car fast and its cool pulling up to the charging stations and seeing all the other Tesla’s there as well. Once I was done driving for the day, I just charged it at my hotel for the night and the car was ready for me in the morning. Definitely will be renting a Tesla again.

I honestly did not understand the point of the contactless delivery of the vehicle because It was not contactless when delivering the vehicle back. The contactless delivery cost me $50 more due to the parking. Tiffany did offer a reimbursement with a receipt, however unfortunately i lost that receipt. Still wish when the vehicle was delivered the first time, It was just a regular delivery instead of contactless to prevent paying a $50 fee due to the vehicle being placed in a garage the night before. As stated, did not understand the point of that when delivering back the vehicle back to her, she met up with us to pick up the vehicle instead of contactless delivery. Overall, the car was very nice to drive and served its purpose for us.

Hi Alex, We are grateful you enjoyed the car. We offered to reimburse you the $50 if you uploaded a picture of the receipt, in which you said you would but didn’t, which led us to believe you weren’t being truthful about paying the $50. We left you a ticket that was personally validated by us. We never expect our guests to pay for parking when they are picking up a car from our garage, since we have already paid for the parking. We try to meet our guests in person whenever possible.
