Car was not cleaned as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time! Windows were dirty very hard to see out of until I cleaned them myself! Other than that it drove good and was very good on gas.

The car was hand washed, cleaned and disinfected before renting out. It was raining when you came to pick up the car. How was it possible that you need to clean the window yourself? This is a very unfair review and a first non five star review I have received in 3 years. I’m fine with you staying in the car for more than 25 minutes after returning the car to wait for the Uber so you have a good experience. Please communicate with the host next time and be honest with your experience.
