Luis is awesome and this car is awesome! I'm a brand new Turo user and honestly had no idea what I was doing. Luis was unbelievably patient with me and gave me pointers. His Jeep is on the older side but he has tons of modern convenience add ons that I appreciated, such as a back up cam and a Bluetooth radio set. His Jeep also comes well equipped with everything you might need on an offroading adventure. A+ best experience I could ask for!
hittin’ the slopes? this is the car for you. while the other folks struggle in the snow or spend time putting on chains, the Jeep handles it all beautifully. definitely recommended for enjoying the great outdoors!

Very easy contactless pick up and drop off. Susanna was very professional and flexible. Really liked that car has phone magnet and hand sanitizer in it. Car itself is pretty old but it does the job :) I recommend to rent from Susanna.

Kenneth's jeep was the perfect vehicle for our Tahoe trip. Lots of new snow on the roads wouldve been kinda scary in any other car. Communication was prompt and pick up and drop off was a breeze. Jeep is brand new with 9k on the odometer and was clean and smell free. Would definitely rent again for our next tahoe trip.

Kenneth was very accommodating when I did not show up on time (I was unaware of Turo policy to arrive when the rental starts). Car was a little dirty but not a huge deal. The car itself is amazing! Drives incredibly well, and comes with Sirius radio. Would absolutely book again.

To be honest when I arrived someone was working on the car but I was 2 min early. Car was ready on time. All worked. Wasn’t super clean but hey, street parking and a 2012 car. End of the day all OK and I would rent again from Nikola.

Overall great communication and loved driving the Jeep. One obstacle we ran into was that the car did not start up on our second day during our trip - possibly dead battery. We called Turo customer support about it and they wanted to charge us $60 to get the car jumped. Turo blamed us even though it was not our fault. I reached out to Janet instead and she was nice and offered to come and help jump the car. Fortunately, we opted for our own insurance and had someone jump it for us for free. It was still a very nice gesture from Janet. As long as the battery situation was resolved, this Jeep is great for travel!
